Foxtail Coffee Co. is a Central Florida-based coffee shop that is quickly expanding to new locations across the state. To meet the needs of their growing customer base, they need to redesign their website to better serve their customers. In conducting a UX audit of their site, I discovered that some pages did not behave as expected. After conducting a series of user research, I redesigned faulty pages with the user in mind.
